Camping Lab Roof Top Tent : To try and spice things up a little with our adventure, we got a Camping Lab Roof Top Tent so we can head out into the backcountry and do more overnight trips without having to haul the camper behind us.

This was a breeze to install, it sets up in under 15 minutes and has a nice comfortable mattress. Say Goodby to sleeping on hard ground!

Its four season rated, wind, water and storm proof and we cant wait to head out and start using it more.

Stay tuned for more stories and photos while this next leg of the adventure unfolds.

Also check out Camping Lab to see all the products they offer!

Thanks, Pat & Cindy Bonish - Bonish Photo

Solar Panels and Our Source of Power : Being as we Boondock, or dry camp 99% of the time, we decided that installing Solar Panels on the roof of the RV would supply us with most of our power.

After being on the road for almost 3 years straight, what we've found is they supply us with more than enough power to live comfortably and best of all, the source of power comes up each morning for free!!

We have 3 100watt solar panels made by AM Solar. The panels charge 4 Absorbed Glass Mat 6 volt batteries. These AGM batteries are made by Lifeline and are the best batteries on the market. They're fully sealed and maintenance free and we've never once had to do anything with them.

To draw power from the batteries, we have a Xantrex 2000watt Pure Sinewave Inverter. We have mixed feelings with the Xantrex inverter as it's given us some trouble over the years. But for the most part, its worked as its supposed to

We dont ever plan on living anywhere that we cant get power from Mother Nature and the Sun God!

Motorcycle, Carrier and some Various Shots of Each : If you've been following along with our travels, then you know that we carry a Suzuki DRZ-400 SM on the back of the Sunline. We chose the DRZ due to its light weight and nimble handling. The Suzuki DRZ-SM is basically the RM 400 4-Stroke but has 17inch street tires and is geared more for the road.

The suspension allows us to travel down trails, back roads and over bumps with ease, yet still cruise down pavement very comfortably

It sits back behind the Sunline safely on a custom made carrier that I designed with the help of a few fabricator friends of mine.

After a few miles down the road, we decided we needed a cover to keep the bike clean because the back of the camper is where all the dust collects. We found the Dirt Bag cover and it has kept the DRZ clean for over 50,000 miles now.

Over the last few years, we've added and changed a few options on both the bike and the carrier, but you'll have to go read the blogs on our site to find out about everything, there is just way too much to list here.
